No new app to open. Just message Bobbie.

Does AskBobbie work with ParentPay, Arbor, ClassDojo and MyChildAtSchool?
Yes. Bobbie reads the emails and letters those systems send you, whichever your school uses, and pulls out the dates, the money and the kit. You keep paying through ParentPay or your school's own system; Bobbie just makes sure you know what is due and when.
How do school letters reach Bobbie?
Three ways. Give the school your @askbobbie.co.uk address, connect your Gmail, Outlook or iCloud mailbox read-only so Bobbie spots the school letters, or send a photo of the paper letter on WhatsApp. Bobbie never sends or deletes anything.
Can I use AskBobbie on WhatsApp?
Yes. Message Bobbie's WhatsApp number with a task, a question, a photo of a letter or a voice note, and it lands in the same family calendar. There is no new app the school has to use.
Does it work with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook?
Yes. Bobbie can pull your existing calendar in so the week is in one place, and the AskBobbie calendar shows inside Google, Apple, Outlook and Samsung calendars if you prefer to live there.
What is the 7pm round-up?
One message every evening with tomorrow sorted: what is on, what to pack, what is due to pay. Nothing after it, which is rather the point. You choose the time.
Is it free, and is my family's data safe?
AskBobbie is free while we are testing with a few families at a time. Your letters and calendar are private to your household, are never sold or shared, and you can delete everything in one tap.
